Club teams pull players from across a region and play in summer and fall. This is the usual route where a school has no team of its own.
The lowest-commitment way to try the sport — a few days, borrowed gear in many cases, and no full-season obligation.
Available year round in the Fort Wayne area, useful both for complete beginners and for players targeting a varsity roster spot.

The Wider Area
Fort Wayne is the hub for the sport in this corner of the state. Players regularly travel in from these towns for practices, games and clinics.
Most fields and indoor space used for lacrosse sit in and around Fort Wayne, and drive times from the surrounding towns generally run fifteen to fifty minutes. If a town here has no team, the nearest club is usually the practical option.
